....Advancing the Cause of Christ to the Unreached

THE BEGINNING

     
         

Missionary Crusaders Ministry was founded in 1983 when an Indian couple with the quest to reach the un-reached invited young people from various churches to reach the Koma people on the Atlantika mountain. The work started through outreaches to the Koma people in 1981 through half of 1983. By 1983, mission work started among the Koma people with two pioneer missionaries. The missionary groups in Yola  mobilized the Church to ensure full fledged evangelism. By 1984, the work was already in full force by the name: Koma Hills Missions. In 1986, it was changed from Koma Hills Mission to Christian Outreach Ministries. When it became clear that the work will not only remain in Koma but cover other un-reached people in Nigeria and Africa. Finally by 1992, the name was changed to Missionary Crusaders Ministries and was officially registered by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Now Missionary Crusaders Ministries has expanded to so many arms and opened other fields among several un-reached people groups in Nigeria and other African Nations particularly the Islamic Nations.
       

 

To achieve her ultimate vision, MCM has been able to engage herself in the following Ministries.

- Contextualised Evangelism and Church Planting – To raise indigenous believers amongst targeted People groups who will grow in Ministries and leadership to be able to reach their own people.

-Mission and Discipleship Training - MCM offers a formal cross-cultural missions training for would-be missionaries. Through this, we also offer mission discipleship training to churches.

-Rural Development - In the various rural communities where the Ministry is located, we identity and meet the felt needs of the people. This has been achieved in areas such as Adult literacy, healthcare, borehole water, and establishment of formal Primary and secondary education where necessary.

-Media – Saddled with the responsibility of sensitizing the body of Christ on the great commission through her various publications and multi media productions.

-Research - This is saddled with the responsibility of providing information and statistics on the state of the Unreached.

-Mobilization - Challenge the church to her missionary responsibility, recruit Missionaries for various fields operations and produce materials for awareness on missions.
