OUR ACTIVITIES

All the missionaries are highly involved in various activities in the Fields and offices. These include; church planting and evangelism, medical missions, holistic missions through rural empowerment and Advocacy, research, and church Mobilization among others. Summary of MCM activities include:

Evangelism, Church Planting and Discipleship among the unreached people groups. MCM had championed her course of rural church planting in more than 40 villages among ten people groups cutting across Adamawa, Taraba, Yobe, Kano, Kaduna, and Niger States. Native leaders have also been trained as Pastors and Missionaries. Fourteen of such churches were handed over to a formidable denomination in 2007.

Primary Health Care programmes which covers Campaign on AIDS, Preventive health care, Training of traditional birth attendants/village health care workers, and meeting the medical needs of the people.

Women empowerment and poverty alleviation programmes for meaningful living through vocational training programmes, home economics, and small scale economic
projects.

School of Mission for the training of cross-cultural missionaries and leaders for continuity and sustenance of the work.

Discipleship Training School (DTS) for native converts that runs for three months each year for the period of three years.

Primary schools in Koma, Dirim and Kona, as well as a secondary school in Tuli Koma for literacy development among the people.

Water projects undertaken in more than ten villages as part of our community development efforts.

We enlighten the church by creating awareness through salient information on the state of the unreached. This is done through our various publications, mission conferences / consultations, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.

Research on the state of the unreached for subsequent entry into the tribes and people groups.

We partner with faith communities and NGOs to reach the Nations
